We make every effort to keep the product prices on our web site current. However, prices provided on our web site are for informational purposes only, and we reserve the right to change them without notice at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel any order(s) based on pricing discrepancies and/or the inability to fulfill any order based on availability.

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment by one of these preferred methods means your order will ship as soon as it is processed. For your convenience, we also accept personal checks, money orders and cashier checks. Personal check orders WILL NOT ship until the check clears our bank (usually within 7 - 10 business days).

Because many of our products are "made-to-order" products, all orders are charged once the order is sent for processing. If there are any problems with your order that warrants a refund (partial or full), within the first 30 days of placing the order, a credit will be applied back to the credit card used for the purchase After 30 days, a check will be used as payment for the refund. Refunds are subject to our RETURN section located at the bottom of this page.
As with most online transactions, once an order is placed, the credit card company will issue a temporary authorization to us for the amount of the purchase. Please keep in mind this is not an actual charge at this point; it is merely a guarantee by your credit card company that the ability to charge that particular amount is authorized. Unless we act on that temporary authorization, and turn it into an actual charge, that temporary authorization will drop off of the credit card within a certain number of days as set by the credit card company.

All warranties on any products or services sold by us are limited to those made by the manufacturer. We hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, and we neither assumes, nor authorize, any other person or entity to assume for us, any liability in connection with the sale of said products. Accidents and/or injuries can occur at anytime during building or using playground parts or accessories. We shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages incurred from the building with, or use of, the products sold. In no event shall we be held liable for damages or repairs beyond the price of the original invoice.
Manufacturer's Warranty:
"We warrant to the purchaser of the plastic component(s) that it will be free from defects in material and workmanship, not including wear and tear, for one (1) year from the date of shipment. If the plastic component(s) fail to meet this warranty, we may either repair or replace it, at our discretion, with freight paid by the purchaser. Consequential damages are not covered and our liability is limited to the defective part. Any failure will not be cause for extending the duration of this warranty. Our warranty obligations do not apply to any plastic component(s) which: (1) is not properly installed, used, maintained, or repaired, or is modified other than pursuant to our instructions of approval; (2) has been exposed to excessive wear and tear or vandalism, or (3) has been subject to any other kind of misuse or detrimental exposure. These are the exclusive remedies for claims based upon defects in or nonconformity of the plastic component(s), whether the claim is in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise. This is for the purchaser's only warranty. NO IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WILL APPLY."

RETURN:

Only products with prior authorization from playproviders.com, AND approved by our manufacturer, will be accepted as returned merchandise. All accepted returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25% per item returned. Return authorizations must be requested within 15 days of acceptance of delivery. All shipping charges during any transport of the product, after full acceptance of the buyer, must be prepaid by the buyer.
NOTE: Some products we sell are specialty, non-stock items, as well as made-to-order items. Therefore, all items on our website are NOT eligible for return; most of these items are marked "special order". Please email us prior to placing your order if you have any concerns about return eligibility of any product that you are ordering.
Small order fees and freight are non-refundable.
